PlacementIQ was born out of a simple observation: students at top coaching institutes get 5x more interview calls than those who don't — not because they're smarter, but because they have better feedback loops. We're building that feedback loop, free, for everyone.

Our models are trained on a curated dataset of 50,000+ placed-student resumes, anonymized interview transcripts, and live job descriptions from 800+ companies. We use a mix of NLP for resume parsing, gradient-boosted models for placement prediction, and LLM-based evaluation for mock interviews and roadmaps.
Everything runs in your browser — your resume is never stored without your explicit consent.
